My experience with hearing aids came at the age of 16 years old due to hearing loss that was discovered at age 6. I have been coaching and fitting hearing aids for thousands of satisfied customers since 2013. I take pride and interest for those with hearing loss and I am here to help. My goal is to support individuals with hearing loss through compassionate service, technical knowledge, and ethical practice.

I am the office manager with many years experience and have under the skilled guidance of Sheila learned to assist with service of hearing aids and to support our customers with the skills and confidence that they deserve. With experience overseeing daily office operations while delivering exceptional customer service.

Customer Coordinator/Certified Medical Assistant
I am an 11 year Certified Medical assistant and I am a dedicated Hearing Instrument Specialist student with a strong interest in helping individuals improve their quality of life through better hearing. Currently undergoing academic and hands-on clinical training, I am building expertise in hearing assessments, fitting and adjusting hearing aids, and providing patient-centered care.

I am a Customer Care Coordinator and I strive to be the frontline ambassador of our brand, responsible for ensuring a positive experience for every customer. I can handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support across the office.
